How can I place an order? What is the procedure?

You can place an order in any of the two following ways:

  • Way 1:

    Click on the ‘PRODUCTS‘ tab (Find it on the top of the website) > Choose ‘Single Product‘ / ‘Combo Product> Choose the product you want to purchase, and click on it > On the next page, choose your years of experience from the dropdown, and click on ‘ADD TO CART’.

  • Way 2:

    Click on the ‘PRICING‘ tab (Find it on the top of the website) > Choose your years of experience and click on Single Product’ / ‘Combo Product’ > Click on ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product you want to purchase.

Your ‘CART‘ will show up instantly. If you have a PROMO CODE, paste it here. Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’. > On the ‘CHECKOUT’ page, choose the ‘DELIVERY OPTION’ and provide all the required information > Choose any of the payment method and click on ‘PLACE ORDER’

  • Additional way:

    You can simply chat with us or send an email at: info@mycvdesigner.com and mention which product you want to purchase. We will create a custom payment link and send you the link, on which you can make the payment.

After placing an order, you will get a confirmation mail and the next process will start .

What will happen if I put any wrong information at the time of booking?

If you put any wrong information by mistake, we have the option to solve that issue. You need to provide the right information when our experts will contact you. If it is your experience related (‘Years of experiance’ mentioned wrong at the time of placing order), then it may be chargeable. We will deal with that on a case to case basis. We suggest our customers to mention all the information carefully. In most cases, our customers provide the right information to get a hassle-free service from mycvdesigner.com.

If I want to cancel the order, what will be the procedure?
Actually, we don’t want to lose our valuable customers. We have a good track record and our customers are satisfied with the products. Still, if you want to cancel the order, it must be done before the first design delivery. It will be chargeable 50% of the order amount if you want to cancel before 1st design delivery. No refund will be made thereafter.
How can I make the payment? What are the payment methods?
We accept payment through secured payment methods like Paypal, Credit & Debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, American Express), Internet banking, UPI & Wallet transfer.
How much will you charge?

We are providing services at very nominal charges (lowest price in the world). In spite of the lowest prices, we do not compromise with the quality. We know the value of hard-earned money. Can I make my own CV?

Definitely! You can make it your own. But the writing and design matters. Most people build their own resume and head up for job search, but fail to get interviewed. How can I get my CV done?
After a successful purchase, our experts will contact you via mail, live chat or WhatsApp to collect information about your requirements and may ask for your last updated resume. After completion, the completed design will be sent to you for confirmation. This process generally takes 5-6 days. If any changes are required, we will make that accordingly and deliver the best CV/resume you can get.

How can I get updates in my CV/resume after a company or designation change?

After a year of taking our service, we support any modification at a nominal cost. You can contact us for any changes and our team will never disappoint you.

Can you make my CV according to my preferred design which is not available?

Of course, our design team already made many designs for resumes upon customer’s special requirement. And do you know the most amazing thing, we don’t charge extra for that. Our designers can make a customized CV/resume design according to your preferred design which is not currently available with us. But don’t entertain any copyrighted designs.
